Treatment sessions are typically scheduled weekly for a number of weeks as we teach your body a new energetic balance. After we gain some momentum, we start to space treatments out depending on your specific needs. At the start of each session we check in with your pulses, energy, acupuncture channels, and emotional state to determine an individualized treatment for you. Treatments techniques we offer include acupuncture, acupressure, energy work, meditation techniques, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, tuina and/or deep conversations about your life and struggles. We meet you where you are every time you step into our office and can provide any healing techniques that will bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

New Patient Appointment - $150

Your first treatment is broken into two parts. The first 30 minutes is dedicated to a health history interview. We will go into depth about your health history, struggles and goals for your healing journey. We will explain our treatment process, answer any questions you may have, and create a treatment plan that is unique to your circumstances and healing goals. After the interview process is done, you will receive a 60 minute acupuncture treatment.

Initial Phone Consultation and New Patient Appointment - $150

If you are short on time, and 90 minutes in the office doesn’t fit into your schedule, choose this option. We will schedule a 30 minute phone consultation with Alex to go over your health history and healing goals. At the end of the call, we will schedule a new patient appointment that will be just a 60 minute acupuncture treatment in the office.

Acupuncture Session - $100

One hour acupuncture session that includes either a front or back treatment and one add-on of your choice: (Moxa, Gua Sha or Cupping). Choose this treatment if you like quiet time to yourself to take an acupuncture nap.

One-on-one Healing Session - $130

You get the undivided attention of your practitioner for the entire hour. We can do acupuncture, acupressure, and any add-ons you’d like. Choose this treatment if you’d like needle-free treatments, bodywork, energy work, more than one add-on (ie: Moxa and Cupping) and/or if you want to work on both your front and back during your session.

Insurance Information

We do not bill for insurance in our office. In some cases, your insurance company will allow you to send in a super bill (a treatment receipt with insurance billing codes included) for reimbursement. Your total reimbursement value can vary widely by plan. This could be as little as $10 to as much as the entire cost of your treatment. Check with your insurance company to see if your policy will pay for treatments with an OUT OF NETWORK provider, and be sure to ask what the approximate reimbursement will be. You can also use your FSA and HSA cards to pay for treatments. If you have specific questions, please ask through our contact us page.
